Signature Requirements

All delivery’s require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx® or UPS. Your item will not be released unless you sign for pickup. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx®, USPS or UPS location call one of our customer service agents at 1-800-576-4569.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Diamond Select can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure.

Special Arrangements

Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. And please don’t hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewelry consultants for any special requests.

Shipping Times

Diamond Select will ship your order free and insured to your doorstep. If your order is being shipped via FedEx Priority, UPS or 2Day delivery service:

• Following shipment, orders usually arrive in 2 to 4 business day’s (Mon-Fri).
• Diamond Select will ship only to a street address, not P.O. Boxes.

Signature requirements:

• If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-800-576-4569 and a diamond and jewelry consultant will arrange this for you.

If your order is being shipped via USPS Priority Mail®:

• Delivery usually occurs within 3 business days after it is shipped from Diamond Select.
• May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.
• Diamond Select will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
