OUR RETURN POLICY

Diamond Select is proud to offer a 30 day return policy. Our team understands the unexpected can happen or perhaps you may have chosen the not so perfect gift. We are happy to work with you and make things right for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of payment. The full purchase price of the item will be refunded to the original form of payment only. Upon receipt of your return, the merchandise will be inspected by our Quality Control department. Items not in original condition and/or packaging, showing signs of wear, items that have been sized, that have been personalized with engraving, or that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.There will be no exceptions made past the 30 day’s.

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1.

Call 1-800-576-4569 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an e-mail telling you the specific address to send your return. If the return merchandise is shipped to any other address other than indicated in the email, you will be charged a $50 handling fee.

Step 2.

Include all original packaging materials. If your item was delivered with any diamond certificate/grading report, and that certificate is not returned, you will be charged a $150 replacement fee. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) must appear on the outside of the package.

For security reasons, do not write ‘diamond’ or ‘jewelry’ anywhere on the outside of the box.

Step 3.

Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail insured for the total value of the contents, with return receipt for confirmation that your package has been received by us.
(FedEx and UPS have maximum liability of $500). Return shipping shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once received, if it is determined the item for return is defective, or not as ordered, Diamond Select will not reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. All returns go through our fraud prevention department as well as quality control department to determine if Jewelry or Diamonds where switched or altered in any way. Remember to include a copy of the receipt of return shipping cost. Failure to do so, may forfeit your right to reimbursement.
